Chief prosecutor of the U.S. Magistrate Court program - tried court dockets of up to 90 cases a day, cleared up a six-month backlog in two months, and increased the amount of fines collected by 300%; investigated and advised commanders on military justice cases including child sexual abuse, rape, sexual harassment, fraud, larceny, and drugs; managed base income tax assistance program of 35 tax advisers that assisted over 750 clients; provided legal assistance on family law, civil law, and estate planning to a community of over 25,000 clients; created one of the first victim-witness assistance programs in the military; wrote legal opinions on various civil and administrative law issues; advised base clinic on medical law issues; and legal advisor to the Disaster Control Group. Liaison with the adjoining Minuteman National Historical Park in creating the Battle Road multi-use trail and prosecuted the National Park criminal cases in U.S. Magistrate Court so that law enforcement could be maintained in their park and historic artifacts items protected from vandalism and theft.

Managed a four-person claims and torts section, which resulted in an increased recovery rate of over 250% to $200,000 a year for pro-government hospital recovery and tort claims; reviewed over 100 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requests; medical law attorney to a 30-bed base hospital; investigated and successfully defended over $12 million in medical malpractice claims; collected over $300,000 in cleanup costs when a 9,000-gallon fuel truck exploded; reduced Air Force liability by over $750,000 by conducting thorough claims investigations and authoring legal opinions when a missile exploded; trial counsel in courts-martial and in U.S. Magistrate Court; managed base income tax assistance program of 43 tax advisers assisting over 1,300 clients; local escort officer for on-site Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty inspections; launch attorney for all missile and rocket launches; and legal advisor to the Disaster Control Group.
