I am a current Finance student at Auburn University who grew up in Atlanta Georgia. Auburn has been a wonderful place to grow and learn and I plan to graduate this upcoming December. The finance department at Auburn has been amazing allowing me to learn new skills and understand how businesses work from many different angles. I was granted the opportunity to enhance my skills in a number of areas most notably in Excel. I was able to receive a Microsoft Excel Expert certificate for Office 2019. With all of these great experiences in the Finance world, I have found that Law has piqued my interest and so I will be attending Law School the summer after I graduate in December of 2023. Reading and writing have always been a huge passion of mine and with my current and growing knowledge of business from Auburn, I felt like it would be a great combination to pursue these passions together as a Lawyer. A great experience that I have had was working with NPR this past summer. Working in the metro Atlanta area was a great experience getting to know the city I have lived in my whole life that much better. Connecting with people as a Canvasser opened my eyes to a lot of different peoples ways of life and their ideals.Overall I am excited to be graduating from Auburn and moving onto the next chapter of my life. Whatever is in store I will be grateful and ready to make the best of any opportunity that heads my way.
