Oversee the day to day operations of the Contact Center.Attend monthly scheduled meetings, with clients to ensure that all are on the same page with future endeavors pertaining to the business policies and relationship.Attend monthly meetings with senior management to keep in the right direction.Provide direction and support to a team of Supervisors whose primary responsibility is to coach and develop their team of Ticketing Agents.Schedule monthly meetings with the Contact Center Supervisor’s. (1 on 1) Provide coaching and further develop the Supervisor to be at their best to be of greater assistance to the Ticketing Agents.Hold bi-weekly calibration meetings so that the Supervisor’s are aware of the production of their team members. They then can provide the necessary feedback/ coaching so that the Ticketing Agent can improve their Quality Scores.Manage and provide support to the Customer Service Supervisor.Send a weekly report to senior management highlighting last week’s accomplishments as well as this week’s current goals.Assist the Contact Center Director Lead the hiring process for the Contact Center personnel. Inform the supervisor’s of new applicants and the dates for the new hire interviews.Assist the Contact Center Training Supervisor with new hire paperwork and the material that will be taught in the training classes.
