-I enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard in October of 1995. I have achieved the rank of First Sergeant at Headquarters and Headquarters Company 225th Engineer Brigade.-I began my career as a Federal Technician, full time mechanic for Field Maintenance Shop # 8 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on August 2nd, 1998. I worked as a mechanic through 2009 when I was promoted to Inspector. I continued working as an Inspector until 2012 when I was promoted again to Work Leader. The Work Leader position continued until October 16th, 2016 when I accepted a position as a Supervisor for a Field Maintenance Shop in Plaquemine, Louisiana.-I have responded to state emergencies throughout Louisiana since 1998 with the exception of the years I was deployed overseas, 2002-2003, 2007-2008, and 2019-2020. -I am happily married with 3 wonderful children ages 17, 12, and 6.-I am open to new and exciting experiences while bringing my knowledge, skills, and abilities from 23 years of full time service to the Department of the Army, and 26 years of service to the Louisiana Army National Guard where ever I may go.
