I am a graduated student from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where I gained a Bachelor's of Art in English, and have experience interning in a variety of schools. This includes one that specializes in special needs. In my education I have gained a toolkit of knowledge to help me, and any who need me, navigate the complexities of the English language. This includes everything from writing and editing work to teaching and education. Part of this is due to my time in education classes, both in academic settings in college classrooms, and practical settings doing fieldwork in school. Further, I have experience in the tutoring field where I expanded my editing and academic reading skills. I helped, not only teach a variety of subjects, but also assisted the students in writing college essays and academic papers.I have a great love for the English language, and its usage. I consider myself to be a story teller, and I want to share my passion with those around me. I have also found a new passion in helping children with learning disabilities, and a desire to show those with such disabilities as ADD/ADHD and/or dyslexia, new ways to learn and enjoy reading and writing.
