• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in the assessment and management of patients with orthopaedic, rheumatological, neurological and burns backgrounds in acute, subacute and community settings across varying levels of caseload complexities.• Comprehensively managing, fitting and educating patients and carers from a variety of clinical backgrounds.• Providing expert recommendations and education to patients, their families, and the MDT regarding donning/doffing, follow up care, and key indicators of concern for orthotic devices.• Working independently as a sole clinician in DDH during the Tuesday clinic. I use strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills to effectively manage a busy caseload.• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the MDT and external stakeholders. • Experience performing custom burns face mask casting, modification and manufacture.• Uphold continuous excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the patient and their significant others, other health professionals, rehabilitation settings and other hospitals.• Ad Hoc experience facilitating student learning in inpatient and outpatient settings by teaching and supervising students at times, helping them develop their learning. • Participating in professional development and quality improvement activities.• Streamlining the Telehealth rollout in the Orthotics department as the super-user. Furthermore, identifying a use for Telehealth to assist with the continuation of inpatient care in a community setting. • Improving consistency within the Orthotic Department’s progress notes whilst improving funding opportunities for the hospital.
