I began here as a reach driver understanding the cold storage side of warehousing and food storage. I later took on the role of Training Co-Ordinator taking directive from the Warehouse Manager. I dealt with OH&S practices, liability awareness, damaged equipment processes as well as the day to day operations of storage, merging and put away of received stock in a proper and timely, efficient manner. On a standard shift I would manage to deal with up to 300 pallets. I soon after filled in temporarily for the Supervisor managing the recieval dock and became responsible for millions of dollars worth of stock on a daily basis whilst encouraging and growing a team unit of up to 15 people. I took over this position shortly after and continue to serve in this capacity. I have become known for expecting a high standard whilst delivering an efficient service to our clients whilst protecting their investments while utilising our services.

I was responsible for inventory control, stock discrepancies, maintenance, testing and customer service. I worked over three sites, the DC in Truganina, the first R&J store in Ballarat however was mainly serving at the Tullamarine location. I would also interact with our major clients through deliveries and over the phone dealing with customer service queries. I had a generous amount of exposure to our private customers also.
