The general responsibilities are to support the implementation of Community Resilience Facility (CRF) activities in Chyulu, Mid-Tana and Sabarwawa landscapes while managing the field-level CRF program implementation and for achievement of the field level outputs.

• Conducting Community organizing, mobilization and technical support on sustainable environmental governance, policy regulations and compliance. • Coordinating and planning of project activities with, partners, county and national governments including local leadership in Kitui and Makueni project sites. • Supporting the process of delivery of comprehensive technical and training assistance to beneficiaries within the target project sites. • Monitoring and supervising activities and performance progress within the project’s sites according to the approved implementation work plan through written feedback and regularly share for future project improvement. • Participating as trainer with support from Project Manager in some capacity development activities for beneficiaries as appropriate. • Assisting target beneficiaries in the process of identification, design, development of climate resilient action plans or interventions such as CMDRR AND/DRR plans to inform project partners and the donor on possible support. • Assisting the Project Manager in the process of conducting external evaluations, about field visits to the project area/wards. • Preparing articles, stories of change and case studies about the project on good practices, policy, peer-to-peer learning and joint capacity building activities among beneficiaries and partners within the project area, in collaboration with the Communications officer. • Preparing activity concepts and keep clear records of field expenditures. • Preparing office requisition and expenditure summary. • Supporting maintenance of beneficiary database and performance updates. • Developing and sharing timely activity reports. • Managing logistics during the implementation of the field activities. • Support production and promotion of Knowledge management tools
