As Head of Development I play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the development strategy to foster the professional growth and progression of employees within our organisation. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of talent development, career planning and employee engagement. In this role I work closely with the talent and learning peers to ensure a unified and seamless approach to our talent management strategies.

As Senior Training manager at Value Retail, I work as part of the Learning and Training Department to help to design and deliver the courses that would ensure our guests have a truly exceptional experience at our two German villages, Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village. In addition, I am responsible for developing the teams to ensure that it is also a great place to work.In this role I am responsible for executing a learning and development strategy that enhances the skills, knowledge and abilities of all corporate and brand employees. In collaboration with senior management, I proactively plan and design programs that support global and regional training initiatives.

In my role as Training Lead, I was ultimately responsible for all retail training for SGM (Strategic Growth Markets) at Harley-Davidson dealerships as well as mentoring training needs for all SGM field employees. For actual market level execution, I worked directly with all SGM subsidiary teams in CIS (Commonwealth Independent States), CEE (Central Eastern Europe), MENA (Middle East & North Africa), SSA (Sub-Sahara Africa), SEE (South Eastern Europe), NORDIC (Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland) along with in market training supplier as well as HQ in Oxford, UK & Milwaukee, USA.

Project Coordination & Organisation of Training for International Visitor Groups at Frankfurt Airport International. Especially for customers from Asia and Middle East. Course instructor in several HR topics for international audience.
