• Develop and lead crew in maintaining large sports complex consisting of 40+ baseball/softball fields 15 grass soccer/lacrosse fields and 12 synthetic turf fields.• Assign daily activities to employees and responsible for quality assurance • Schedule and apply fertilizer/pesticides to grass fields ensuring the highest quality playing surfaces• Extensive clay infield maintenance, field layout, dimensions and lining for various sports• Assist with large scale events, overseeing production companies ensuring they abide by property and Parks Department rules and regulations.

• Directly responsible for forming, scheduling, and supervising 3-4 crews that perform weekly service and work orders generated by accepted site enhancements.• Regular cost analysis of accounts to ensure job performance is within acceptable operating range. • Regularly price and present proposals for site enhancements to achieve personal sales goals for the company.• Primary contact for clients with proven success in building and maintaining relationships.• Regular meetings with property managers to walk sites and ensure quality standards are being met.• Network with industry professionals and have acquired new sites through relationships built with property management companies.

• Assist in the daily maintenance and improvements of New Haven Country Club. Routine activities include: management and organization of seasonal help, course preparation, maintenance of DEC records, communicating with department heads assuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the general health of a highly successful private club.• Build and maintain strong relationships with green committee members discussing current and future improvements.• Lead supervisor on majority of in house projects. • Consistently research current and new issues facing golf course management. • Conduct research for product recommendations to Superintendent and for the allocation of a million dollar budget.

• Assist in the daily maintenance and renovation of Ardsley Country Club. Routine activities include: management and organization of seasonal help; • Build and maintain strong relationships with various sales representatives in all facets of the golf industry. • Held a project management role in a 3 year complete course renovation project. Worked closely with architect and contractor during construction of new tees, greens and bunkers. • Propose capital improvements to membership and implement strategies on how to complete those improvements.• Lead supervisor on majority of in house projects.
