Worked closely with Tax Vendor First American Real Estate in providing timely and accurate Tax contracts on all newly aquired Chase Originated and Serviced Loans. Was responsible for Monthly Management reporting and Invoicing of Tax Contracting.

Restructured existing process flows and created distribution channels within our credit card portfolio using Microsoft Visio, which successfully increased revenue through gained process efficiencies.Created marketing brochures for collection agencies using Microsoft Front Page and instructed debt-collection training courses.
