Head up their IT Service Delivery Teams, including 3 IT Service Desks (UK and International) & Training Teams. As part of the Senior IT management team, I will manage engagement and relationships with the business on behalf of the Service Delivery Function. Define and drive the strategic roadmap for IT service management within the firm, and the related training functions.• Working in the Global IT Leadership team, responsible for the overall delivery of best-in-class IT Support and training services• Managing Managers responsible for IT Service Desks, defining the Service Development Roadmap and ensuring different regions' needs are met• Managing the IT Training Manager and defining and developing the firm's IT Training Strategy• Owning the firm's IT Service Management (ITSM framework and tooling decisions - driving a culture of continuous improvement• Developing and delivering meaningful reports on service performance and improvements• Managing the Service / Support Streams of a number of major IT projects
