I gained a comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety within the Mechanical Engineering sector. From the initial stages of pipe fabrication at the Kilmallock workshop to overseeing the safe installation on various high-profile projects, I was able to bridge the gap between practical, on-site safety operations and corporate safety management practices. This hands-on exposure has enriched my ability to ensure compliance, enhance site safety culture, and effectively manage safety initiatives from both a technical and strategic perspective.
