Supports Federal Human Capital and Management initiatives in areas such as executive coaching, facilitation, evaluation, assessment, and training. He is experienced in the development of Web-based and instructor-led training for Federal clients including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG), Emergency Management Institute (EMI), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Mr. Oxnard has also assisted in the conversion of training and deliverables to Section 508 compliance for a variety of government agencies. Mr. Oxnard has gained valuable experience through involvement in the facilitation of focus groups, meetings, and summits.
