My role sees me providing strategic pursuit support and bid management on opportunities up to £33M.My role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a bid. Tasks include providing coaching, insights, strategic support to engagement leaders, creating responses and managing communication between internal and external stakeholders via multiple channels, facilitating workshops, managing the design of a bid, as well as overseeing the progress of bids, using various tools such as stakeholder management and action and progress trackers. On top of supporting bids, I have taken ownership of many of the team's feedback and knowledge retention processes.Achievements:- Bid managed successful £500k bid after 4 months in role- Owned design, risk, progress, and action tracker workstreams for a £33M bid over a period of 5 months- Created post-delivery citation process to build an FS Consulting case study/citation library- Increased the number of post-decision reviews completed threefold in the 3 months under my management

Hired to evolve a fast growth workplace design, build and consultancy company from a sales-driven organisation to a market-orientated and customer-centric business model. My role involved,  governing change processes, facilitating workshops, being the primary data & business analyst for the company leadership group, being heavily involved in creating the new strategic direction, market analysis, marketing & workforce strategy, implementing best practice processes, cleaning, classifying and presenting company data.Achievements:- Facilitated workforce capabilities and solution workshops- Created recommendations for a workforce strategy to achieve operating model shift that aligned with business strategy- Upskilled a client-services team with the insights from workshops- Created customer feedback processes, lessons from which improved product offering, which resulted in a £500k opportunity- Developed automated forecasting models to forecast future pipeline based on a classification criteria- Involved in positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry- Cleaned company historic data from old CRM in preparation for Salesforce integration

Following my initial role as a back-up on a large customer account, I quickly showed competency in data analysis, building and maintaining customer relations, multi-tasking, improvement of internal procedures and a high-level of ownership. In December 2018, my remit was expanded to lead a team of three on a large strategic account. This resulted in revenue growth on the account from €113,400 in December 2018 to €343,000 in the month of July 2019, whilst continuing to improve internal operational procedures and BI tools, including the use of Tableau 10 reporting tool and SQL reporting.Achievements:- Tripled account revenue to €343,000- Implemented automated reports through SQL reporting

Tasked with growing and nurturing Coyote's transport partner network. Top 15 Account Manager within 7 months of the role, having established a large portfolio of transport partners that were providing consistent transport coverage for strategic customers.

Part-time work at the UEA Student Union Bars and venue, which involved serving of drinks and food to customers, completing stock checks, managing large deliveries of goods and setting up for events such as concerts.

Unpaid internship, during which I was mentored through the way a foreign office functions. I was asked to complete a variety of tasks for several co-workers and diplomats including writing letters, preparing dossiers for ministers and translating a variety of texts from English to French, German and Luxembourgish, in preparation for the impending Luxembourgish EU presidency.

Cambridge University Officer Training Corps (CUOTC) provides students from the Universities of Cambridge and East Anglia with the basic training to become a ranked military officer, subsequent to the completion of your degree. Through my experience with the CUOTC I learned how to manage and lead myself and a squad of up to 10 soldiers in uncomfortable, high-pressure situations and in general discipline whilst on duty. By the end of my training, I had successfully passed Mod 1 of the Sandhurst Military training program.
