Hello, I am Benjamin Painter. To be honest, I want to be happy, recognised, respected and content in a professional, empowering and decent environment. In terms of work, I was a Lecturer and Teacher and have mentored, taught and coached for 15 years, with the goal of continuing to be blessed in helping others discover purpose. Within my roles, I have consistently been outstanding and obtained numerous professional and vocational qualifications that don't really mean as much as the memories, moments and the ability to facilitate the transition of so many people to do more than they perceived yesterday, today and tomorrow. I have fulfilled this working within colleges, secondary schools, special needs schools and various other facilities. With some exceptional students and people of so many various needs, disabilities and conditions. People I am proud to be associated with are often forgotten, underappreciated and unheard. This is something I want to achieve again, and I am actively seeking, as these people I have taught through their words and actions shaped my philosophy and influenced me more than they can imagine for future people whom I look forward to meeting in the future.
