About Ben Stevens
I am currently a recently graduated Masters student who now works as the Storm Telephony Administration manager and as a Power BI Administrator for EBPC ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality in the department to ensure best performance throughout the company. During my time at EBPC I have developed a wide variety skills such as organisational management, training colleagues on IT software and project management, all of which has enabled me to be a part of a team that has delivered one of the best CMDU units in the country. During my time at university I’m proud to say that I have developed many key skills that are vital to the workplace. Skills like written communication, time management, and diagnosis of analytics are essential to any historian and any professional and are the skills that I have highly tuned during my degrees. I also have experience in the service industry where dealing with 100+ customers of an event was a common occurrence and demanded exceptional soft skills such as verbal communication to ensure the highest quality of service and efficiency in the bar and kitchen. When off duty I like to read, such as the latest historical musings of the recently discovered past or watching the football.
Listed skills include Presentation Skills, Data Analysis, Research, Mentoring, and 1 others.

These services have allowed me to further develop my soft skills such as calmly dealing with patients, often who are highly stressed or nervous about their conditions. They have also allowed me to develop my organisational skills as each of these services require a unique and collaborative effort to ensure that as many patients can be seen to as possible, but also careful planning as to ensure no appointments go to waste. I have developed managerial skills such as training as I have personally been trusted to train staff on several different services as our team has grown. It is always a pleasure to help people where I can, and knowing I can make difference is just one of the great pleasures of working with the NHS. I am particularly proud of my role in the CMDU service which was highlighted as one of the best in the country due to the efficiency and thoroughness of the service. Show less
