I have been attached with top Commanding Officers with very senior ranks who deal with strategic planning requirements. My further tertiary education paved the way to a broad new understanding on what is required to perform functions of strategic planning, policy formulation and a broad range of activities at the higher echelon in any given organization. However, my category of employment had always been at the operational level and a promotion into the tactical level is yet to be materialized. Therefore, I am only using 2% of my full potential and capabilities. Any opportunity out there to render me a chance for full scale utilization of possessed skills and capabilities would be a welcoming news for me. I am therefore waiting for any other opportunity that might come from outside of my current employer, PNG Defence Force where there are lots of insensitive panel of leadership in such a bureaucratic structure that is typical of any government agency, enterprise or Department.

  My responsibilities include all areas of HR Functions as a HR Generalist for 15 years. It was only in 2014 that I was promoted for the 3rd time into the Middle Management and got appointed as the Officer responsible for all terminated personnel. PNG Defence Force employs more than 4000 employs and with multi-cultural diversity - a complex job environment!!!Getting appointed as a Discharge Clerk in such a large organization is a big challenge as all tasks and duties put together can be daunting and cumbersome at times.My HR Degree helps me understand how my current function contribute to the Corporate Objectives and organizational goals. I am capable of performing all HRM functions very well in any required situations.
