Currently working as a senior integration engineer developing and managing Workato recipes integrating cloud-based storage APIs such as Iconik, IBMS, META, Ownzones Connect, CMS, EluvIO. In addition to creating operational recipes to send JSON payloads from one endpoint to another thru trigger mechanisms, managerial recipes are envisioned and developed to monitor them thru reporting status on a scheduled basis, exception reporting to alert users, start/stop critical recipes by project, monitor inactive recipes and reactivating them. Currently in progress, developing a way to self-document the recipes by using the comment section for each step. With Workato, tapped the JIRA issue management API to update ticket status, comments and create new issues (Story, Task, Subtasks) thru an Excel Worksheet. Use Outlook as gateway to request for Jira open ticket status by assignee. Also establishing integrations between Snowflake and Salesforce.
