As a seasoned professional in the realms of IT infrastructure management and live graphics systems, I've honed my skills over the years, working for various renowned organizations and contributing to their success.My current role at VHQ Media (VHQ Post Singapore Pte Ltd) has been a significant chapter in my career. As a Technical Engineer, I am entrusted with overseeing the entire in-house IT infrastructure, which encompasses an impressive array of components: workstations, render farms, broadcast equipment, servers, networking, VOIP telephony, AV systems, email, archival systems, and even CCTV. The responsibility of procuring and maintaining these vital IT systems, services, and software rests on my shoulders, as does the meticulous management of assets. Additionally, I provide regional support for APAC offices, stretching from China to Malaysia and Indonesia. One of the most critical aspects of my role is the yearly audit for TPN Certification, ensuring our operations align with stringent industry standards.At Namadgi Systems (Asia), where I served as a Special Projects Manager (AR/VR) from April 2014 to September 2019, I truly became immersed in the world of live graphics. Leading the AR/VR graphics team, I managed all aspects of projects, including manpower, costs, and schedules. The stakes were high as we operated live graphics systems used in live studios and outside broadcasts, necessitating a comprehensive grasp of both hardware and software components. Beyond my technical role, I took pride in conducting training for our teams and operators, sharing my expertise to elevate our collective capabilities.Prior to my tenure at Namadgi, I had the privilege of working with Fox International Channels (Formerly ESPN Star Sports) as a Creative Services Assistant (Broadcast Graphics) from November 2010 to April 2014. My role was to manage live graphics systems used in shows, including Piero and Namadgi Systems. I became adept at troubleshooting these systems and providing vital support during live or pre-recorded broadcasts. As I continue my career journey, I am excited to bring my expertise, adaptability, and passion for technology to new challenges and opportunities.
