Senior It Service Engineer
CurrentDesign and Implement:Research, design, test, deploy, support, and manage technology solutions for clients. This includes monitoring the performance and status of systems as well as continual improvement.Serve as a technology consultant, in the role of supporting the networks and other technology assets of our customers.Design and validate solutions that align with business needs and best practices.Project Plan:Unite with other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Collaborate with the Service Manager and Business Development Team to onboard and transition new customers.Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and outcomes.Administer Infrastructure:This role involves leading the administration of our customer's computer networks, including servers, networking, and all related components. This position is pivotal in driving infrastructure strategy, overseeing all aspects of management and optimization, performance, security, and reliability, with guidance from the Service Delivery Manager and support from the Service Desk team.
