Coordinated email and web campaigns in an agency team setting to provide online fundraising returns for non-profit clients such as CARE, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Operation Smile. • Led both internal and client calls in an efficient, action-item oriented fashion, while building cordial relationships with client contacts from a variety of pay-grades. • Handled the personal information of millions of people confidentially while assessing trends and data learnings in order to guide future campaigns. • Learned and taught new content management systems to members of my teams and to clients, using the information to strengthen client relationships. • Warmed the DC office lunch culture by creating and sustaining a daily community lunch table and leading full office storytelling events every other Friday over lunch.

Managed Amnesty’s email list of more than a million subscribers from initial stages of content strategy and writing through to execution and data reporting of advocacy, events, and fundraising. • Created and led a refugee welcome campaign, gathering 6,000 welcome letters for newly-arrived refugees while simultaneously establishing relationships from scratch with over a dozen U.S. resettlement agencies to distribute the letters. • Project managed a September fundraising drive, achieving 153% growth in dollars earned year over year; similarly managed an end of year online fundraising drive with 117% growth, objectively aided by salvaging a key relationship with our main featured celebrity, Joan Baez. • Hired, trained, and managed a full time production assistant, and guided this assistant in hiring, training, and managing an intern.

Executed all aspects of production for AIUSA’s email list by building HTML emails from templates, quality assuring them, accurately querying which users to send to, and reporting data findings. • Produced, quality assured, queried, and clicked “send” on campaigns totaling 70 million emails. • Hired trained, and managed six digital team interns to do additional projects. • Worked with the management team to update the employee staff benefits and policy manual.

Researched Grand Rapids temp agencies and predatory payday loan businesses to support literature highlighting the need for ethical governmental regulation, and in some cases termination, of those business models.

Invested in relationships and built trust with unhoused members of the Hearthside community to promote their artwork online.

Supported the "Gay Christian? Yes!" campaign by working as a one-person production crew for filming and uploading stories of LGBTQ+ Christians in the west Michigan area.
