Current• Integrated 150+ workstations into a domain in a timely manner • Installed and maintain network servers, cloud computing servers, and firewall components• Troubleshoot complex issues with the Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure• Support various software and hardware environments, operation system environments, equipment platforms and legal support software• Configure and install new or replacement PCs, mobile devices, printers, video conference units, telephones, and other technology tools• Administer one-on-one training for personnel regarding personal workstations and IT guidelines • Assist the national Call Center team with overflow as needed
