I have been asked to beta test Native Instruments Kontakt-based sample libraries from award winning sample instrument designers SoundIron on several occasions. This includes their "Bamboo Stick Ensemble,"​ "The Musique Box"​ and "Grit Kit"​ libraries as well as an ambient / electronic based library called "Ambius 1 Transmissions," which was given an overhaul from a previous version.A demo was also created, approved and used to promote their Crystal glitch & drum FX library.

My responsibilities with the PCA include collecting dues from participating chiropractors by way of invoicing via QuickBooks emails, faxes, over-the-phone transactions and standard US mail. I am also responsible for running monthly/quarterly delinquency reports and submitting them to each of 14 Pennsylvania District Presidents, notifying them when members in their jurisdiction have fallen behind on payments or when key members are in arrears. I am in regular contact with PCA Board Leaders, The PCA President and Executive Team, gathering reports and analyzing membership data at their request.My other duties for this position include making credit card and check deposits as well as submitting reports for all e-commerce, which presently runs completely independent of the merchant service used by QuickBooks (Intuit). All three income reports are made to an offsite bookkeeper on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for cross-checking, depending on income. I have also been involved in helping with the budget for 2015.Further responsibilities with the PCA require me to help prepare materials and monitor the registration desk for various continuing education seminars and the annual convention.In this four-person office, special projects are received several times weekly. Conference calls for continuing education, public relations, convention, emerging technology and after-hours board meetings are a regular, weekly occurrence.I also negotiate Strategic Business Partnerships with businesses for the PCA.Beyond this, I maintenance all member information in triplicate: QuickBooks, our website and at least 1 other spreadsheet.

At Coventry Health Care, I was responsible for coding and building provider payment information and/or client provider network information into the transactional system and other databases. I analyzed each claim and contract to ensure it followed local and federal insurance guidelines as well as medical billing and coding guidelines. I communicated with our provider representatives and claims representatives to discuss any errors I found in the medical coding of a contract or claim. I assisted in claims processing to find and correct any contract and coding issues and ensure those issues were fixed in our hospital, physician, and clinic contracts as necessary. I pulled reports and analyzed contracts, testing them for accuracy.
