I am a daily researcher of the real estate market within NC. I locate significantly underpriced property in desirable and high-yield areas, and invest with capital from a group of investors. Most past deals have been quick flips of either land or houses. Current and future investments will involve purchasing residential properties for cash, renting them with high cash flows, and selling with the market's upturn. Investors in Alchemy Investments provide capital and in return receive some monthly income with the bulk of return coming from the profits from the sale of the properties. Of 6 investors, 3 have made a 50% return in 6 months (with smaller amounts invested), 1 investor has made a 50% return over 2 years (with a larger investment amount), and 2 investors are the financial backbone of the company's quick growth and will receive a 20% share of the company. There are different structures of return for different scenarios of investment (rehabs, rentals, land development, multi-family), depending on the needs of the investor involved.

In 2012 I did 29 real estate transactions for clients, total of 6.5M in sales, and 33 transactions in 2013 for 6M+ in sales, and over 6M in sales for 2014 and 2015.
