Support internal customers at the WCLC with computer and network issues. Build new PCs and prepare them for users for a seamless transition between new and old. Create and manage user accounts over various programs. Respond to user emails, phone, and walk up requests, by creating tickets, solving problems or escalating when necessary. Communicate with several tier 2 and tier 3 teams throughout WCLC, to get tickets closed effectively and efficiently.

Respond to calls from technicians in the field deploying and readying shaw systems to residential homes. Resolve any issues reported in a timely and effective manner and work through the queue.

I repaired and refurbished incoming computers and computer peripherals. Performed Tier 1 Support for clients. I also built the current computers for schools WDS, Clonezilla, storage server and was in charge of maintaining it's function while I was there. I also developed the Manual for the Database used to track all stock coming in computer for schools Manitoba.
