In my current role as Client Success Manager, I work closely with the Business Unit Director of the Automotive Division. I interact directly with a wide range of international clients that include; BMW, MINI, Motorrad, Volkswagen, Audi, Renault, Dacia and Škoda, providing client services and account management as a Subject Matter Expert. I also provide additional support for accounts that include; Heineken, Nando’s and KFC. I demonstrate the Canopy product directly to the client and provide a direct point of contact for support and end to end implementation of their websites. I am able identify their requirements, document and implement new functionality they require, allowing them to manage their workload as effectively as possible. As we liaise with various clients simultaneously, this has allowed me to; gain experience in managing my workload, be able to delegate work, make prioritisation calls and ensure deadlines are met, to ensure the work is completed on time for the client at the standard they expect in a fast-paced environment.Through working with various clients, I have had to be able to innovate, adapt and be proactive to meet their individual needs. I am customer driven, ensuring the client is put first, but being able to see the ‘bigger picture’ for their needs, how they want to progress and how I can work with them as a partner for us to grow together.This has allowed me to work in fast-paced environments on my own and in a team, to be organised and work at a high level to represent the company and be trusted throughout the whole implementation process. This can then be reflected through understanding the brand's needs and providing a high level of customer care.

In August 2019 I secured a place on a graduate entry scheme with the Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), a technology-led, marketing business. I was offered a permanent role within the innovative internal marketing system ‘Canopy’. I completed three months of training in London as an Implementation Executive, which allowed me to gain experience with the system to train and support the new team at the Fort Dunlop office, Birmingham. In this role, I implemented bespoke internal marketing systems for clients such as; Heineken, BMW, MINI and Volkswagen. During this process, I worked closely with Consultants, Front End Developers and the client, to ensure the clients' requirements are met on time and to the standard we pride ourselves on, at ITG.

In this job, I run student events in freshers week for university students. We book the venues, advertise our event on Social Media and through out the planning of our event, we help students find other students who are on their course and set up groups that they can join to find people in different accommodation who they may be living with. With this job I show good leadership, taking charge of my events, strategic planning as I arrange the venue and DJ. I also made our Facebook page and use my advertising and marketing skills to make flyers for our event and sell tickets online.

I was the Assistant Bar Manager at Shrewsbury Town Football Cub. In this role, I was in charge of ensuring we had enough stock, to order in stock, cleaning the bar, including the beer lines and counting the tills at the end of the night. I was successful at this job as I helped produce deals for the customers during functions which brought the company more revenue. I displayed good cost accounting in this job as I was in charge of counting the tills at the end of the night and buying in new stock. I was trusted with this accounting through experience and trust I had built with the managers. At times I was the leader of our bar staff team when we were low on staff. I helped direct our staff collecting glasses, working behind the bar and ensuring our stock is full through the night and does not run out. I also used Microsoft Excel to keep track of our stock records.
