My working career started in civil construction, completing multiple plant operating licences and gaining experience on high profile sites around Adelaide. After 2 years in the private industry working for CATCON I transistioned into Local Government working for Adelaide City Council as a mason / concreter and plant operator. During my 4 years at ACC I Completed a cert 3 in civil construction and a masonry trade. Late 2014 I transitioned to Marion Council in the civil maintenance team. 2017 I commenced a graduate diploma in project management and was then offered a 3 month secondment in the Strategy department with Marion Council to then earning a full-time role in the Project Management Office and completing my diploma. My biggest achievement was in 2019 implementing a project management system accross the organisation and winning a Local Government Professionals award for Leadership Initiatives. After 12 years in Local Government I have moved forward in my career path, starting a new role in the defence industry.
