Solely architected a 3D real-time surgical instrument positioning device which directly led to an increase of our surgeon-customer base and added new value pathways for existing products. This product was a medical device providing real-time decision guidance for the surgeon. The device was used over twenty times last year and is projected to be used for at least 10 orthopaedic cases a week this year..• Low-latency, robust device comprised of C# language with a WPF frontend.• Developed algorithms in C# with C++ and Python components. (Open3D, Point Cloud Library).• CiCd pipeline utilising AWS EC2, RDS, SonarQube, GitHub, and Appveyor, automated via Bash.• Multithreaded architecture, requiring network integration via UDP protocols.• Significant testing burden using TDD, systems, integration and automation testing (N-Unit, MS Test, SonarQube).• Built encryption on all patient and surgical data in compliance with ISO 13485.• Went on to lead seven developers on the project using Agile Methodologies with a bi-monthly release cycle.

Constructed company-wide RESTful API in C# that received exercise summaries from Garmin devices and stored them within a MySQL database on Amazon RDS which allowed physiotherapists to review and plan activities for patients receiving a total knee or hip replacement. This API is utilised over 1000 times per week.• Developed using C# (Entity framework, OWIN, JSON and OAuth v2).• Hosted on AWS EC2 Instance communicating to an RDS instance (MySQL, MySQL Workbench).Built and maintained a WPF based CAD software programme used to produce surgical reports. This programme has generated over 15,000 patient reports..• Utilising a SOAP framework for communication with an AWS EC2 server and RDS instance.• AWS S3 Instance used to retrieve and store individual case information.• C++ libraries for advanced computational geometry functions (surface matching, ICP algorithms).

Developed maintenance schedule for Monde-Nissin warehouse in Manilla, Philippines with over 50 tradesmen.• Compiled mechanical and static components of warehouse equipment from Engineering drawings.• Built Maintenance calendar and daily worksheet to guide maintenance of warehouse equipment (Visual Basic, Excel).

Worked with engineers and Dematic technicians to develop servicing plans for several Dematic customers. Carried out technical evaluations of logistics equipment in order to build upgrade proposals for customers. Worked alongside project management teams to analyse customers' logistic requirements in order to deliver necessary technical details for projects, as wells as project scope and costing.
