As a Real Estate Tech Assistant, my role involves actively supporting the maintenance and handling of documents relating to real estate transactions. Some of what I do;-Maintain records of real estate project files. Including distributing legal documents for recording, preparing and distributing easement summaries, entering and maintaining information in.

Responsible for administrative duties in utility operations out of Baraboo, which includes: identifying problems in the design, estimates for new construction, complex billing issues including damage to company property, direct and schedule tasks to gas and electric field workers, process work orders through a work and resource management software to later.

Answered a variety of billing inquires, processed budgets, and negotiated reasonable billing arrangements on past due balances. Participated heavily in projects with multiple departments across the company.

The Customer Billing Representative is responsible for handling customer billing, which includes: summary billing, billing exceptions, making billing corrections and handling escalated billing issues when appropriate. Additional responsibilities include keeping complete and accurate documentation on billings, audit trails, changes in metering, contracts.

I answer a variety of billing inquires, process budgets, and negotiate reasonable billing arrangements on past due balances. My duties also include maintaining proper documentation of calls and abiding to a certain service level to assure satisfied customers.

Managed a cash drawer that I balanced daily and kept at a certain limit. Processed deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash advances, redeem U.S. savings bonds, issue cashiers checks, money orders, travelers checks and counter checks. Required to follow all bank policies and procedures. Answered basic customer inquires while complying with disclosure.
