Real Estate Technician Assistant
CurrentAs a Real Estate Tech Assistant, my role involves actively supporting the maintenance and handling of documents relating to real estate transactions. Some of what I do;-Maintain records of real estate project files. Including distributing legal documents for recording, preparing and distributing easement summaries, entering and maintaining information in the real estate database, and assisting in proofreading documents.-Prepare and maintain summaries of various real estate records.-Ensure the payment of tax bills and special property assessments against all non-utility lands.-Research easement and property rights information as requested by internal and external customers.
