I have daily responsibilities depending on whether I open or close. When opening the store I have to go through online orders and make sure to ship them out within 24 hours. I not only set the goals for the day, but for the week as well. I review and confirm our shipment papers are up to date and that we are receiving what we are supposed to. When I close, I make sure that the store is presentable in the morning. This involves making sure shoes are out on the walls and everything is filled as far as socks and cleaner. I finish sending out online orders to make sure we send out all the orders within the 24 hour time frame. I also have to keep up with an excel spreadsheet throughout the day to make sure we are on track for making our daily goals. I am responsible for keeping everyone accountable on the sales goals that I provide for them. This means keeping track of their sales and accessories; and if they are not on track then I talk to them and find out what the problem is. I also have to count the registers the first thing in the morning and at the end of the night when we close. I am responsible for filling out the daily deposit and taking it to the bank after we close. I also have to build relationships with customers.
