My father is a classical guitarist, and taught out of a music store near my high school. I started working for the owners, and quickly worked my way up to Store Manager. What a fun job. When the owner passed away, and the shop was sold, I found my next calling in the trades.I did a stint in Pest Control, gave running my own Handyman business a shot, and eventually ended up throwing in the towel for a maintenance job. I worked for a short time (11mo) before I was promoted to service manager. After about two years, I again decided to go into business with a partner in construction.In June of 2012, I was approached by the CEO of NORCAL Voice & Data. She offered me a position in her company as a business developer. As I became familiar with the field, and got to know the family I worked for, I realized I had found my home.
