What I did: I designed for custom e-learning courses and change initiatives for big clients such as PNC Bank, Westinghouse, FedEx, Glasko Smith Kline (GSK), and many others. I did everything from UI design to illustration, graphic design to animated Flash, and also After Effects videos. From the ground up we brainstormed with the clients and subject matter experts and expend lots of white board markers!What I learned: Working as a team to exceed the client’s expectations, and most importantly, I learned to listen to the client and fellow team members and ask the right questions.
