Site Services Technician I
Current- Repair and maintenance of all walls, doors, flooring, roofing, exteriors, signage, fencing, barricades, plumbing/piping, lighting and lighting equipment, located in the interior and exterior of building. - Monitor operations, conducting routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance.- Perform tests, rounds and analyzing data to ensure the proper functioning of departmental equipment.- Responds to all weather related circumstances.- Records readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment. - Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions that may be seen heard or noted during building tours.- Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. - Maintains a clean and safe workplace using general maintenance hand tools of all types.- Inventory management including maintaining and procurement of supplies- Develop maintenance agreements, procedures, MOPs, and perform inspections and audits.- Ensure that infrastructure is compliant with government regulations and operational guidelines.- Keep current all necessary licenses, permits and certifications required by QTS procedures.- Use comparative and analytical skills to benchmark best practices between electrical and mechanical systems.- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Responsible for internal and third party (customer) logistics, which include shipping and receiving, and inventory and asset management using established standard operating procedures and policies.
