As the Leadership Success & Career Advisor and a graduate of the Master of Arts in Development Psychology, I serve the San Francisco State University student population by creating, leading, and coordinating leadership development programming that explores the intersection of leadership abilities and career goals. My programmatic, psychology, and career background allows me to explore the needs of the SFSU student body by building new and robust internal partners, external companies that align with our mission, and new content and programming that provides relevant leadership experiences and skills for students.By focusing on tangible skills and experiences that are quantifiable, the future of our leadership development program will be exploring skills around mentoring, active listening, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and intercultural competence that will directly help students explore career possibilities.
Listed skills include Community Outreach, Leadership, Public Speaking, Nonprofits, and 19 others.
