    My career here was mainly commission sales driven in the beginning. I grew in this company very quickly as I was continuously in the top 5% of sales associates, and store managers. I was offered my own store within the same year I was hired, due to my rapid growth within the company.I was able to triple customer traffic within twelve months at my new location, which was not an easy task as this store was not located in a very affluent area. I did this by focusing on each individual's specific needs. I would only sell them what I knew was best for their goals, not only what was best for profit margins. This cultivates an environment of trust, which motivates customers to bring their business partners, family, and friends.The success of my team lead to a rare promotion to one of the few Senior Store Manager (SSM) roles. This is where I took over my own territory of store locations, reaching from Columbus, through Gahanna, and up to Delaware. My team consisted of 8 stores, and 30 employees. In addition to supporting my territory, I was also responsible for training our best sales associates in preparation for taking over their own store.Multitasking was the name of the game in this position. I was charged with building a successful team at each location, and maintaining each stores sales goals, and inventory accuracy. I was responsible for each store adhering to all company policies and procedures, so I would preform regular financial and inventory audits, as well as consistent inspections. I continued to grow as a leader until I was invited to be a part of the SSM team that would launch the opening of new stores and drive customer traffic to it's new location. I successfully launched four new stores within the four years of my career, in addition to my duties and responsibilities to my other eight stores.
