This position is part of the Information Services IT Project Management Office. Within the IT PMO, we see the role of IT Customer Strategy Lead as a key change management agent who works on all technology projects that have an impact on our user community. The IT Customer Experience Strategy Lead, will be responsible for defining and implementing a customer-centric strategy for all IT-related services and interactions. This role is critical to the smooth rollout of technology related projects that impact our students, faculty and staff and ensures a seamless and positive experience for both internal and external users, driving satisfaction, clarity, and efficient resolution of IT-related issues.Execute the design plans and build the change management material specific to each project.Assist the IT PMO in creating project reports and dashboards that will inform project plans, timeline and priorities. Also assist various areas within IS to create reports and dashboards that contribute toward IS initiatives and strategies. This will require utilizing data analytics and visualization to assess IT performance and make data driven recommendations for improvements. Create and disseminate a variety of strategic communication materials related to overall IT technology use and changes at the institution.

Work in the IT PMO office. User experience, data visualization, visual design, reporting, and administration of ServiceNow. Experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sharepoint CMS, Power BI. I also create content (video, trainings, articles, web pages) for technology-related topics. Well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and data visualization tools. I spend a lot of time making systems like ServiceNow more user-friendly on the front end (knowledge bases, portal designs) and the back end (custom dashboards, reporting tools).

I develop a wide array of communication material for the Office of Human Resources. I write about a broad range of topics from more technical and informative material (Compensation and Employee Relations) to informal content (social media, blog articles and entertaining presentations) designed to encourage engagement. Engagement is my job, and I enjoy it! The web and content editor position with DePaul HR is an ideal fit. The diverse job requirements accentuate my talents as a storyteller, visual designer and photographer. I have also created a robust photography database for the department. I particularly enjoy working with my fellow DePaul HR team members. My broad skill set lends itself to collaboration. I also work regularly with content management systems like Sharepoint.Many institutions have engaging messages that just need the right multimedia/content creator to help express these messages.
