An L&D practitioner since 2012 and a firm believer that anyone can benefit from training regardless of their background. With an avid interest to connect with people I meet, I like to think that strength comes in numbers – and it is through people’s wide ranging experiences, where we could leverage on, in achieving a common team goal.My current capacity has given me opportunities to spearhead and take part in the development, implementation and enhancement of training materials in fulfilling overall business objectives and inkeeping up with times. Having hands-on training experience across topics including customer service, food safety and operational SOPs, it has shaped me into a comfortable and proficient trainer and facilitator for all levels of the organisation. With an eye for photography and design, I enjoy coming up with ways to enhance learning through visuals.Adaptive, resourceful and flexible, I am for the notion that training and learning never needs to be a dull and mundane task with a goal ‘ticking’ the box, but rather, learning should be on the GO! Exciting and happening anytime, anywhere that best resonates with the learner. I hope to be able to bring out the best in people through capability training and personable teaching.
