Through L&D, my role allows me to support the team members to take on a new SAP implementation which spans across various functions in Dairy Farm Singapore. I collaborate with the functional and operations bringing forth and imbuing The Dairy Farm Way working processes.Business partnered various departments to deliver the change management and L&D pathway for the launch of the SAP implementation.Collaborated and managed the learning for more than 3000 team members over 10000 training hours for the SAP Fiori system, allowing them to learn the ropes from scratch. These include both the front end and backend system for the day to day operations.Consulted with the various functional departments to design training session which facilitated their learning in using new management system for the businessAllowing me to have experience with working with change management consultants to design the learning through digital and traditional method.

Through training and education, my role served as a ‘link’ between the organisation and employees, where I worked with the L&D team and various business departments in bringing forth and imbuing the organisation’s vision, mission and principles to the peopleWith the advent of productivity driven initiatives, I source and find new ways to encourage learning through different methodologies and technology. The goal was to bring learning to life.Facilitated learning to our team members through tailored, in-house training programmes, such as WDA’s Basic Food Hygiene Programme, New Employee Training Programme and Store Operation Competencies Series. Worked closely with L&D teams from different business banners, in regularly reviewing training curriculum in ensuring its alignment to business objectives, ever-changing business landscape and to promote talent retention and development.

My responsibilities include:- Prepare and craft lesson plans for the Training Development Branch.- In-charge of the Battalion’s library of over 150 lesson plans.- Coordinate the approvals and updates of lesson plans by the battalion’s key appointment holders.- Liaise with external units on the usage of lesson plans for respective training activities.- Manage the daily administrative running of the Training Development Branch.- Assist the Fire Support Officer in special projects and exercise trials for the Battalion.- Oversee the regular updates of lesson plans to ensure its accuracy prior to training’s usage.

My Responsibilities include:- Manage the Annual Feedback Report which includes ranking results and performance reviewsof the Battalion’s 500 regular service-men.- Handle the unit’s daily service injuries reports.- Speaker on the topic of “Introduction to Service Injury” during Commanders Training which wasattended by 300 regular service-men.- Manage leave entitlements of the full Battalion’s strength via the SAF intranet system.- Assist in the annual ranking exercise for the command team.- Administer the entry interview for every new service-man posted into the unit.- Ensure prompt submissions of service-men’s interview booklets after quarterly assessmentswith their respective superiors.

My Responsibilities include:- Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in daily media visits by local and foreign media.- Contribute photos to marketing collaterals, including the Singapore Flyer-Formula 1 SingaporeGrand Prix Photo Book 2008.- Support the team in responding to media queries.- Assist in ticketing functions of the business.
