Engineer in operations at Nordic RCC, working to enable the green energy transition, planning, and operation of the nordic power system, analysis, and optimization within energy management.My background in physics provided me with analytical and mathematical tools which I combined with knowledge of energy technologies and systems gained in my engineering degree, to become deeply familiar with the renewable transition of the energy sector. To prepare for the future with large quantities of weather-dependent variable renewable energy, I have also worked within data-driven modeling and forecasting.The climate crisis represents an intersection of my interest in science & technology, animals & nature, philosophy & politics as well as my personal drive to make a positive difference and contribute in solving complex problems in the real world. I am a strong believer in lifelong learning and tend to dive deep when a topic grabs me, while keeping an open mind and an eye on the bigger picture.
