Responsible for quality assurance of 40 major projects with a total construction value of $130 million. Projects involved complex civil construction challenges including slope stabilization, drainage, roading, structures and landscaping. • Authored and implemented complex inspection and test plans to design specification and client expectations. • Coached construction team engineers and sub-contractors on the implementation of inspection and test plans using best practice methodology. • Collaborated with design team and client representatives on construction nonconformances to ensure solutions met design intent. • Led post-construction project close out including internal snag and client walkovers with handover manager. • Fostered confidence and trust from clients and design team peers for historical emergency response assets with insufficient project quality documentation.

Delivered two complex projects with a total construction value of approximately $3.6 million and multiple smaller projects on the Kaikōura coast, approximately $5 million total. Project one was a challenging slope stabilization project with difficult access, substantial design variation and high cultural significance as a historic Pa site.
