In this role, I travel to various medical establishments in order to evaluate their current or new laboratory molecular testing needs. This consists of educational assistance and workflow evaluation for different multiplex comprehensive PCR panels. I work with the customer to optimize their new analyzer to meet their workflow needs and train key operators on the basic and advanced operation and troubleshooting of the analyzer.

In this role, I travel to various medical establishments in order to evaluate their current or new laboratory hematology, urinalysis, and hemostasis analyzer needs. This consists of educational assistance and workflow evaluation for current analyzers. For new analyzers, I evaluate the installation of the analyzer, validate the analyzer by performing and reviewing Reportable Range, Carryover, Accuracy, and Precision studies. I then work with the customer to optimize their new analyzer to meet their workflow needs and train key operators on the basic and advanced operation and troubleshooting of the analyzer.
