Digital project management of ‘Digital Futures’, a £16M investment into the digital transformation of the Hermes offering, managing the UX and SEO (both content and from a technical build perspective).Build and own the CRM programme that takes customers through incubation and onto lifecycle management.Lead and own all technical SEO to ensure website performance maintains strong growth whilst working with and educating internal website developers on the importance of clean code, structured data, server management and the like.Build live reporting systems for C-Suite to access, ensuring total and complete transparency of all digital marketing activity, setting targets and ensuring we’re delivering.Using a data-led approach, analyse the opportunities for growth online and execute a search strategy, using formulas to forecast revenue growth.Monitor brand awareness across the UK which drives marketing activity in those locations and highlights the opportunities to maximise.

Zealous Creative work on various projects which include building websites, designing brand identity, stationary, promotional material and brochures. Zealous also specialise in digital marketing which include tasks such as search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing campaigns; both organic reach and PPC campaigns.

I provide full event and project management for corporate conferences, product launches and exhibitions for a wide range of clients. Main jobs include B2B sales, networking with senior employees of companies winning business. Other jobs include developing initial sales leads, through writing proposals, meeting clients to understand their specific needs, researching the market to ensure competitiveness and negotiating prices with suppliers. Once the business is secured I then work on the logistics prior to the event, this involves, recruiting staff, liaising with suppliers, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and ensuring the client is satisfied. I then manage the event on the day with a team of staff, ensuring the brief is being met and that the client is satisfied throughout.This role has also involved setting up a new venue in the heart of Belfast, Northern Ireland. This project meant liaising with Belfast City Council to ensure all requirements were met such as certification, Health and Safety policies and procedures along with obtaining the correct insurance. Whilst developing the venue, other tasks involved were creating the website, developing the SEO, networking with event management companies and other agencies who are looking for venues to host their events at. Other aspects of the role include; developing the website and its SEO, producing a marketing strategy, attending networking events, improving event equipment, recruiting event crew, meeting sales targets, preparing invoices and managing client feedback.
