The Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism Division (“ACD”).- Investigate any infringements of AML/CFT regulations on dealers under Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing) Act 2019 and Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Regulations 2019.- Ensuring that dealers adhere to stringent AML/CFT regulations and guidelines.- Providing training and outreach programs to enhance industry understanding of AML/CFT regulations.

- Conducting document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) reports. Reviewing the organization's policies, procedures, risk assessments, incident reports, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.- Communicating and working closely with employees, management, and external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies to ensure that workplace safety and health standards are met.- Computing and analyzing statistics relating to workplace safety and health (WSH). Involves collecting and analyzing data on workplace accidents to identify trends and patterns. It will be used to implement relevant initiatives such as EDM, posters, trainings and programs. Using statistical data to identify areas where improvements are needed and develop strategies to address these issues.

- Assists in the preparation of all documents (agendas, Note Verbales, invitation letters, memoranda, list of participants and reports), including preparation of folders for meetings organized by the association - Responsible for administering committee activities and its corresponding sub-committees e.g. plan and conduct meetings, perform research on topics important to the industry, engage experts to share knowledge, and respond to committee members inquiries & follow-ups- Identifies and extracts information from various sources and prepares briefing notes presentation materials, position papers and reports

Policing- Perform security-related duties. This may include conducting searches for armed criminals, illegal immigrants, and other individuals who may pose a security risk. I am trained to use specialized equipment to carry out their duties effectively and safely. I also work closely with other law enforcement agencies to coordinate their efforts and ensure that all security-related tasks are carried out successfully. Duties can range from dealing with routine duties to responding to emergency situations. Maintaining public order, performing security-related duties, and counter assault duties. Team Management - Manages teams, including overseeing the First Aid Matters Team's recertification process and planning troop leave schedules. I am also part of the Infographics Team, creating posters for the notice board to showcase team activations and recognize individual officer's efforts. Additionally, I serve as the Special Operations Command Liaising Officer, advising key personnel on SOC capabilities during activations.Events Coordination & Planning - Responsible for coordinating and planning troop activities and events, such as retreats and celebrations, and liaising with vendors and facility owners. Develop proposals and Approval of Requests documents for approval by senior officers in various departments.
