This is a part-time position that I have held throughout university and my paddling career. Duties include ensuring all behind the scenes pool operations are in order including balancing pool chemicals, cleaning filters and assisting with the changing of the chlorine tank. I am also responsible for equipment management including preparing uniforms, cleaning gym floors and painting fields as well as assisting with summer camp equipment.

As a full time athlete I trained 10 times, 6 days per week. I represented Canada at the 2014 World Championships in Moscow, Russia. This was my first World Championship appearance and I placed 9th in the C1 200m (single man canoe race over 200 meters). I have placed in the top 6 at 4 world cup events in the past 3 years in locations such as Czech Republic, Portugal and Denmark. I was also a Canadian national champion 14 times.

This was a high school first semester co-op position. It was a placement on site at the construction of the Delegation of the Ismaili Imamat on Sussex Dr. in Ottawa. I helped the head surveyor, the project manager and the superintendent . Duties included quality control of deliveries, site inspections, surveying the site and transferring the information collected to drawings. I also helped develop and implement special covers for ceiling ties in the basement masonry walls.
