Driven and determined individual who's willing to do whatever the team needs to be successful. I can be a "grunt" when needed but possess the capability of leading and have lead two departments. 20 years working in manufacturing/production environments. Started as a basic line assembler of aluminum truck boxes with Pro-Tech industries to currently a group lead/production planner/heavy assembly lead for an Industrial oil filtration equipment manufacturer in Hy-pro filtration which was bought by Donaldson corporation in 2017. Confident in my abilities and what I bring to the table which includes a wide range of skills from welding to production planning, fork lift, inventory management, bill of materials creation, familiarity with ERP systems and processes. I work to be as efficient as possible while maintaining high quality and limit mistakes. I strive to be dependable, adaptable and accountable within my profession, always open to new ideas, processes and challenges.
