In 2010, Shriro acquired Monaco Corporation which expanded the Group into New Zealand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize the supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.Develop and implement supplier selection criteria based on ethical and social compliance standards, including modernday slavery and worker exploitation risks.Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical and social compliance standards, including the identification and mitigation of modern-day slavery and worker exploitation risks.Design and implement training programs for suppliers and internal stakeholders to increase awareness of modern-day slavery and worker exploitation risks and the importance ofcompliance.Take a systems thinking approach when developing multiyear strategies to support maturity and transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth.
