Growing up in a house with three brothers, I’ve been in a team environment since birth. The choices I have made in my life and career reflect my desire to collaborate with others in competitive and dynamic environments. Being a member of a varsity college basketball program and being a police officer have taught me the importance of trust and effective communication in high pressure situations. I have always been willing to be coached and to impart my knowledge and experience to others. I desire to see improvement in myself both professionally and personally and want the same for my colleagues. My motivation to learn and improve has allowed me to have a successful award winning law-enforcement career. The skills and experiences I have obtained have served me well and I fully expect to continue to be flexible with a growth mindset to overcome any challenges that I face going forward.
