Hello,I am a very hard worker that wants to learn as much as I can. I give 110% in everything I do. I am as fair as I can be with everyone I interact with but, I am also very firm in policy and procedures. My goal is to shoot for the top and be the best at whatever I do no matter how big or small the task. I believe strongly in proper housekeeping, proper service while keeping things fun and challenging. I have worked as a diesel mechanic for 12 years and in that time I have learned many things.I started out as a service tech in 2005 for a concrete ready mix company doing nothing but minor repairs and preventive maintenance on various equipment. I then learned how to do major repairs such as engine rebuilds, transmission/clutch replacements, A/C troubleshooting and repair, and so much more. Then in 2010, My journey took me to a chemical transport company where I did a lot of the same thing but, learned all about tanker trailers and the troubleshooting and upkeep of the many different types of tanks, internal valves, external valves and, vent valves. I also became certified in the HM183 (hazmat inspections V,I,K,P,UC,T and method 27). At this company I began my management position where I learned about inventory in all aspects available to me at the time and, purchase orders including issuing and closing them for A/P. I also assigned work to my mechanics using their strengths to have jobs done in a timely manner and their weaknesses to give them opportunity to make them stronger as a mechanic. I then went to another tanker company in 2016 to further my learning experience in management. But, in 2017 a part sales and service company asked me if i wanted to try part sales as the parts manager. I was excited for the chance to expand my knowledge in a different path. So, I accepted the offer. I learned about so many different things. In my first couple of months there with my team we grew the sales 50,000 to 100,000 more than that location had ever sold before.
