Project allowed the cost avoidance of $300,000 for a software package which was under consideration for the same application.- Created Excel Macro driven S&OP process which automatically generates input spreadsheets on a customer – SKU level by sales person and aggregates the completed forecast files back up to a SKU per plant level for supply chain planning.• Alltech acquisition SAP integration- Used Legacy System Migration Workbench to create and extend over 50,000 materials and supporting BOMs, routings, costing data, etcetera in 4 plants in the US and Australia.- Used value stream mapping to redesign picking and posting process at primary plant- Created dashboard “problem tree” report for daily evaluation of North American backlog• MRP Implementations- Participated in several projects to incorporate MRP into the planning strategy at distribution and manufacturing sites throughout North America.
