I have been a leader in units that range in sales volume from $7 million to $20 million. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, driving top line sales, increasing controllable profit, manager development, staff development, labor templates, forecasting, budgeting, building great teams, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, systems, training, and any other matters related to restaurant operations, including human resources and benefits. I am responsible for leading two semi-annual menu overhauls, strict recipe adherence, unwavering standards of food quality, service, sanitation, and overall efficiencies and standards. While at The Cheesecake Factory in Dulles VA in 2010, I assisted the team in achieving a nomination for Restaurant Of The Year. While elevating service, hospitality, and food quality I was able to help increase sales over the previous years with growths from 5% to 10% from 2008-2011. In 2010 I led the server work group to finish #1 in the company out of 153 locations in overall service. I have also been a part of several locations which have been nominated for most engaged employees and locations with the lowest retention in the entire company. I have been able to grow bottom line profit, and top line sales, while controlling the middle of the P&L yearly since becoming an AGM by my strict discipline and systematic approach to the business.

Worked in 15 different Outback locations. Selected to train kitchen staff and managers as a part of the new store opening team. Won various quarterly awards based on kitchen operations. As a KM I developed and implemented systems with the trainers to increase the efficiencies of our openings. Due to how tight of an operation I ran in the BOH in terms of cleanliness, financials, waste, and overall efficiency, I was promoted to FOH management. As a FOH manager I was able to build sales annually to $4 million a year. We had the highest increase in alcohol and dessert sales in the entire region overall. I was able to increase gift card sales to $100k for the first time in store history. Called upon to support the other regions and or locations when in-need of any type of support, or assistance in troubleshooting the operation.
